What this site collects

The contact form sends your name, email address and message to me so I can reply. The suggestion box (and the terminal's suggest command) sends your suggestion, plus your name and email only if you give them. Neither is used for anything else, and I don't sell or share either.

Everything else on this site — the pages, the projects, the referral codes — is just read, with no account and no sign-up.

Cookies & local storage

This site doesn't set tracking cookies. It keeps two small values in your browser's own local storage: your light/dark theme choice, and whether you've already seen the header logo's animation once this visit. Both stay on your device, are never sent to me or anyone else, and clear themselves if you clear your browser's site data.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, and a few icons load from other CDNs (including simpleicons.org and unpkg.com, for the 3D logo viewer on the Projects page). Requesting a font or icon file tells that service your IP address, the same way loading any image from another site does. Their own privacy policies cover what they do with that — see Google's privacy policy for the fonts.

This site doesn't run analytics right now. If that changes, this page will say so, and I'd reach for something that doesn't need a cookie banner before anything that does.

Referral & affiliate links

The links and codes on /referrals go to other companies. Once you click through, that company's own privacy policy and cookies apply, not this one — check their site for details.
